Overview
HostUnique Guest Check-In helps hospitality websites manage guest arrivals and digital registration from WordPress.
Purchases include a licence key, secure plugin downloads, and update delivery through the HostUnique licensing server.
Requirements
WordPress 6.4 or later
PHP 8.1 or later
A valid HostUnique licence for the number of sites in your plan
Outbound HTTPS access from your WordPress site to hostunique.co.za
Installation
1. Sign in to your HostUnique account.
2. Open My Products or your order confirmation and download the latest plugin ZIP.
3. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
4. Upload the ZIP, then click Activate.
Always download from your HostUnique account — do not install the plugin from unknown third-party sources.
Licence activation
1. Copy your licence key from My licences.
2. In WordPress admin, open the Guest Check-In licence settings screen.
3. Paste the licence key and click Activate.
4. Your site domain is registered against the licence. Each plan allows a set number of activations.
If activation fails, confirm the site can reach HostUnique over HTTPS, that the key is active, and that you have not exceeded the activation limit.
